What you'll do
As a Partner Manager at Adsomnia, you will play a key role in managing and expanding relationships with our traffic partners. Your focus will be on increasing traffic volumes, optimizing partnerships, and ensuring sustainable revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to align strategies and execute high-performing partnerships.
What you'll do as our Partner Manager:
Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring clear communication and alignment with Adsomnia's goals;
Business Development: Identify, onboard, and nurture new strategic partners to expand our network and increase traffic volume;
Performance Optimization: Analyze traffic quality, lead conversion rates, and campaign performance to optimize partnerships and maximize ROI;
Strategic Growth: Work closely with Business, IT, and BI teams to develop and execute strategies that enhance partnership performance;
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and manage partnership agreements to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
Market Insights & Reporting: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive dynamics, and new opportunities. Provide regular reports on partnership performance and strategic recommendations.
Job requirements for our Partner Manager:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of two years of experience in partner management, business development, or sales.
Strong understanding of affiliate marketing, lead generation, and digital traffic management.
Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical abilities.
Experience with tracking platforms such as Everflow, Tune, Voluum, or Cake.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
