What you'll do
As our HR & Office Coordinator at Adsomnia, you will ensure smooth day-to-day office operations while building HR processes that support our fast-growing team. You will be the go-to person for both office and people-related matters, playing a pivotal role in creating a welcoming and productive work environment.
Your responsibilities as our HR & Office Coordinator:
Office & Facilities
- Organize office stock, groceries & supplies.
- Act as point of contact for building management and cleaning services.
- Initiate office improvement projects focused on sustainability and employee wellbeing.
Events & Employer Branding
- Organize quarterly team events and company outings.
- Support with preparing conferences and internal gatherings.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives internally and externally.
HR Support & Recruitment
- Coordinate job interviews, welcome candidates and manage the recruitment process.
- Manage employee benefits (e.g., NS Business Card, bicycle plan, expat housing).
- Develop and run onboarding programs for new hires.
- Support with OKR tracking, , commission calculations, development conversations, and training sessions.
Job requirements for our HR & Office Coordinator:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in office, facility management, or hospitality.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
- Proficiency with Google Workspace / MS Office.
- Experience with HR support processes (onboarding, performance reviews).
Nice-to-haves: - Experience with integrating new HR software
- BHV or prevention certificate.
- Affinity with Learning & Development or event management.
