What you'll do
As a Profit Share Manager at Adsomnia, you will manage and grow a portfolio of publishers and partners operating under profit share agreements. You will focus on building strong commercial relationships while ensuring that partnerships remain profitable, scalable, and aligned with Adsomnia’s long-term growth strategy.
You will work closely with internal teams such as traffic, BI, tech, and account management to monitor partner performance, identify revenue opportunities, and optimize partnership results. This role is ideal for someone with experience in affiliate or performance marketing who enjoys combining relationship management with data-driven decision making in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.
Your responsibilities as our Profit Share Manager:
Profit Share Partnership Management: Manage and grow a portfolio of publishers and partners operating under profit share agreements; build strong and sustainable partner relationships focused on long-term commercial success; act as the main point of contact for partner performance, collaboration opportunities, and commercial discussions; and ensure partners remain engaged and aligned with shared growth objectives.
Commercial Growth & Portfolio Development: Identify opportunities to increase revenue and margin within existing profit share partnerships; explore and onboard new partners that align with Adsomnia’s commercial model and quality standards; support the evaluation and negotiation of partnership structures and commercial terms; and prioritize high-impact partners within the portfolio based on revenue potential and strategic value.
Revenue & Margin Ownership: Monitor the profitability and performance of assigned partner relationships; assess whether partnerships remain commercially healthy and aligned with business objectives; recommend adjustments or optimization actions when performance does not meet expectations; and contribute to forecasting and discussions around partner portfolio performance.
Internal Collaboration & Optimization: Work closely with traffic teams, BI, tech, and account management to ensure effective campaign execution and optimization; align internal stakeholders on partner priorities, opportunities, and performance improvements; and support initiatives that improve reporting, automation, and optimization processes.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze partnership performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities; translate data insights into actionable recommendations that improve revenue and profitability; and provide structured updates on portfolio performance and partner developments.
Market Awareness: Stay informed about affiliate marketing trends, partnership models, and competitor activity; identify new traffic opportunities and partnership models that support business growth; and use market insights to strengthen partner strategy and portfolio development.
Job requirements for our Profit Share Manager:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (preferred);
3–5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, partnerships, or a similar commercial role;
Experience managing external partnerships or revenue-generating accounts;
Strong understanding of affiliate marketing and performance-based partnership models;
Experience analyzing campaign or partner performance and translating insights into optimization actions;
Understanding of key commercial performance metrics such as revenue, margin, ROI, conversion rate, and lead quality;
Familiarity with campaign tracking systems, reporting dashboards, and analytics tools;
Strong communication and relationship management skills;
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven digital marketing environment;
Fluent in English both written and spoken.
